Bramblethorn Cherrywine
Ingredients: Cherry Syrup, Vodka, Cranberry Juice, Berry Wine
Bramblethorn is a heavily soured and Berry-flavored wine that is a refreshing drink to have in the mild climate of Shirogane's North Shore. However, during these winter months it is a potent beverage that has it's fair share of kick to it, drink responsibly and safely with this Cherrywine in Hand.

Heaven's Mint
Ingredients: Agave sap, lime, mint leaves, white wine, soda water.
Directly from the Sea of Clouds, this cocktail it's said to be born from the contact made between the Ishgardian explorers and some peaceful vanu-vanu tribes. Chilled white wine coming directly from the Vault in Ishgard is blended with a mix of natural ingredients found in The Sea of Clouds, creating a refreshing beverage for those warm nights.

Jewel’s Night
Ingredients: Coffee flavored Whiskey Cream, ice, Dark chestnut sap liquor, Vanilla essence.
A sweet drink for those who can’t delight in sweetness, to keep your mind sharp and the cheeks tingling. The warmth floods your throat with the cold touch of this cocktail. Kuro Hana
Ingredients: Cognac, black tea, honey, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder.
For those taciturn wanderers and troubadours, this hot beverage was made for them. The black tea infusion is blessed with the strong essence of dravanian cognac. The cinnamon, vanilla and honey are brought from the best harvest made by Shroud botanists to bring a tranquil night drink, made for poets and other artists.

Void's Embrace
Ingredients: Activated charcoal, blackberries, grape and lime juice, white and aged rum.
A mysterious pitch black drink with biting flavor that entices the senses with its citric tones and strong essence. The mix of aged and white rum coming from the Ciedales bathes the alchemical activated charcoal and the blackberries brought from the darkest corners of the Shroud. Would you like to consume darkness itself?

Othard Soju and Hingashi Sake
Flavors: Original, Acai, Apple, Strawberry, Cranberry, Peach, Plum, Blueberry
We carry a number of different Sojus and Sakes of varying flavors. All of which start their base as a plain, simple spirit with very little bite and is very easy to drink. Then back-sweetened in-house and re-filtered to keep the same consistency. Soju is often served chilled, while sake is served warm.

Tea Medley
Flavors: Original, Peppermint, Ginger, Acai, Apple, Strawberry, Cranberry, Peach, Plum, Blueberry
Tea is a staple of the East. And alongside a myriad of alcoholic beverages we also offer non-alcoholic options. Black, Peppermint, Ginger, Green, White and Ishgardian Grey tea are all offered here in choice of warm or cold, sweetened or unsweetened. All sourced, dried and prepared in-house. Come relax and enjoy the splendors with this delightful Non-alcoholic option.

The Catastrophe
Ingredients: Blue Curacao, Sour Apple Liquor, Champagne. Apple cider
This scalable layered beverage is in homage to a particularly chaotic Miqo'te with a stark accent. Champagne and cider in a glass. Pour blue curaçao on one side, pour Sour Apple Liquer on the other side. Serve chilled.Shots of auxillary liqour can be added. Please ask your bartender. Dragon's Blood
Ingredients: Cherry Schnapps, Vodka, Whiskey, Lemon Juice, Cherry Seltzer
No, we do not bleed dragons who we have gotten drunk for this beverage. The name is indeed, just that a name. Equal parts Cherry Schnapps, Vodka, with a twice measure of whiskey. Gyoza and Bao Bao (Dumplings)
Flavors: Pork, Beef, Poultry and Vegetable
A staple of Eastern cuisine, these dumplings come in a myriad of flavors. Using versatility of both filling and dumpling wrapper to create a delightful snack. All our dumplings are steamed and can be pan finished if desired. With our offering of Bao soup dumplings. Tossed with chili oil, green onion and toasted sesame seeds.

Takoyaki
Flavors: Octopus, Tempura, Green Onion and pickled ginger
These iconic spherical snacks cooked in a cast iron pan are thickly battered with a wheat based dough, stuffed with several different savory flavors of vegetables and seafood. Upon serving they are garnished with a teriyaki sauce and Kugane Mayo. A joy to eat and play with.

Onigiri
Flavors: Pickled Sour ginger, Kombu, Salted Salmon or Pickled Ume
Often Mistaken as Hingashi Donuts, these triangular shaped rice balls are a popular on-the go snack and often prepared on-mass and warmed as a ready to eat meal. Rice stuffed with sour and salted ingredients and formed into their into their iconic shape with A stip of toasted seaweed on the bottom.

Lucina Burger
Ingredients: Beef, Cheese, Bun, Grilled Onions, Bacon, Condiments are available on request
A very non-traditional dish, Burgers are made fresh to order from Chuck roast and Short rip ground together into a patty, a single slice of cheese, maybe two if you're feeling fancy before being topped with grilled onions and thin-sliced porkbelly. All piled high on a toasted Ishgardian brioche bun. Don't eat it with a Fork and Knife, Seriously.

Teba Shio (Salted Chicken Wings)
Ingredients: Wings, Salt, Vinegar, Chili Oil
These poultry wings are delightfully fried in peanut oil to crispy golden perfection after laying in a brine of vinegar and salt overnight. After being fried to perfection they are served with a side of chili oil and garnished with green onions for that special kick.

Manju
Flavors: Red Bean, Matcha, Cocoa, Vanilla paste
A traditional Hingan desert of a rice powder stuffed with a filling of choice. Often served in it's most common form of Red Bean paste stuffed. Easy to eat, simple to look at and perfectly matching the Aesthetic of a sweet Hingan evening.

Dango
Flavors: Red Bean, Matcha, Cocoa, Vanilla paste, Rice
Dango is often considered to be the blank canvas of Hingan deserts, often on a skewer and roasted over open flame. This glutinous rice ball is often flavored to reflect the desires of it's indulger. With Green Tea, Red Bean paste and unflavored variants being the most popular.
